Rates

When our law firm takes a new case, there is a clear agreement made in advance about fees and additional costs so you know where you stand and can not later surprises.

Our hourly rates vary between € 210, – and € 280, – excluding 20% VAT depending on junior or senior lawyer and the weight of the order. Furthermore, in some cases further fees payable in addition to the standard fee of 6%.

This includes costs of court money, requested documents or extracts or cost of a bailiff or expert. In exceptional cases, sometimes price agreements are made, for example in a situation where you want in a very matter of principle to duke it out with a slight chance of success. In addition, all our services Terms and Conditions apply.

You will receive as soon as possible after the first meeting a fee which the work and the hourly rate are confirmed.
Remember that you can communicate with us directly in Dutch, English or Turkish
You do not have to make additional costs for translators and translation costs. You get guidance and advice in your own language.
